Overrated - Anything mini size - candy bars aren’t meant to be consumed in one bite, that’s why they’re called bars, the proportions are always off.
Underrated - Baby Ruth - I’d never actually buy a Baby Ruth but they’re always a welcome find when you grab a handful.
Overrated - M&M’s - handfuls of m&m’s are a dime a dozen 365 days a year, no point in wasting the variety of Halloween on them.
Underrated - Reese’s White Chocolate Ghost - Reeses pumpkins and bats are the undisputed GOAT when it comes to Halloween Candy but the white chocolate version is a nice B tier entry.
Overrated - 3 Musketeers - These just aren’t good to begin with but they show up by the dozens because they have to tag a long with their brand mates Snickers, Twix, and Milky Way.
Underrated - Fruit Snacks - Not because I like them, but I can give them to my preschoolers and they think they’re getting a treat saving the good stuff for me.
