Parking in Madison?

Any suggestion for game day parking in Madison? I tried posting on the Badger Rivals site, but I don’t see a free board there. What’s my best bet for Saturday? I don’t want to park in Green Bay… hoping to be in relatively close proximity to Camp Randall. Thx

As I mentioned in a previous post, all UW parking lots and City of Madison parking ramps are sold on a first come basis. Another alternative would be to park in a private lot, Edgewood College is nearby and a popular spot. Many stadium neighborhood homes offer parking on their lawns for around $20, as well. Similar to Evanston, parking for football games in Madison is not easy. I wish you all the best and hope you enjoy your weekend!

I’d suggest “Lot 60” which is up by the hospital, softball, track & band practice fields along Lake Mendota. The charge is $5 and you can purchase ($6) a round trip bus trip from the parking lot to the stadium. It is incredibly convenient and quite nice.

This is your best bet unless you are staying in a nearby hotel.
