So happy about this. OSU exploited our problem to get to where they are, and harbaugh is about to get suspended for lying and cheating.

F both of those teams and all their fans.

Franklin would have done the same thing if he could regarding OS if roles were reversed. Any coach takes advantage of others issues.

Any 16 team college football "conference" is inherently FUBAR, for any number of reasons. I haven't checked the SEC schedules in depth, but I would have to imagine that at least one "gotta' play them every year" rivalry in that conference also went kaput.

That said, PSU losing the annual matchup w OSU is bad news for PSU fans (aside from those who would prefer an extra easy win over a Rutgers or Indiana to playing OSU every year - of which, I do not think there are many, but probably a few)

That game is going to be replaced with a game against USC or UCLA so it's not a huge deal in terms of schedule difficulty. What stinks is that until UM stepped up 2 years ago we were OSU's toughest out in the conference and they are a border state, so it's a shame to see that eliminated. But the Big 10 had little choice with the rivalry games that needed to be protected.
