Opened last night in Fresno. 38 songs in 3 hours. It was, according to the San Jose Mercury News, "Herculean, nay, Springsteenian." Lots of Beatles songs and deep cuts. Wow.
They're a bit pricey, but they're worth it. I saw him in Louisville about two years ago. My dad got tickets to see him in Cincinnati later this year. I think he said they were around $115 for uppers.
Saw him at GABP in 2011 and it was essentially a religious experience as a massive Beatles fan. Definitely exceeded my expectations.
McCartney can be / is corny, without a question...but to deny his greatness as a songwriter, even if you hate the Beatles and his solo stuff, is an exercise in futility.
Saw him at GABP a few years ago. Easily one of the greatest experiences of my life. To hear THAT voice sing THOSE songs........man alive, it was great.

saw him in louisville, hell of a show...its really weird to see someone his age do what he does and think that all he ever loved is all he ever did. and for Mav, he did Juniors Farm and Mrs. Vanderbilt and 1984 in the set I saw...along with about 100 other songs. I about got into it on the floor with some bald prick who was upset i was taking a picture from an empty seat in front of him. clearly a repressed individual. I asked him if he minded me taking a picture from the seat, and he replied that i hadn't paid for it. I asked him if he had. He just looked at me and I took my sweet time then.
