The PSAA - Low Country chapter has TV viewing parties at multiple locations, including:

Club Seats Grille
2600 Main Street
Hilton Head Island, SC

It's not their main chapter viewing party, but PSU fans should be there.

Off island, maybe 30 minutes away, the Okatie Ale House in Bluffton is a very PSU-friendly place to watch.
