Screw them. Amaechi was dead to me once he used the Sandusky thing to drive his own agenda and pile on to a school that did a lot for him. He is a traitor

I repeat, what exactly did he do? It’s an honest simple question.

SMFH. I got my PSU alumni 2022 calendar in the mail on Saturday. It went right in the recycling trash.

So what did he do?

Used the Sandusky incident to pile on the school/football program and was disgusted that students protested the treatment of Joe. If he had a cockney accent instead of a posh one, no one would care about his vacant, faux intellectual posturing.

Amaechi was a real crumb.

The year he was selected Grand Marshal was enacted simply to agitate students and alumni both, and to show them who the real boss was. It was a disgrace.

Read the article you posted. It's amazing. Amaechi's perceptions, no his instincts and observations were able to pick up that Joe 'knew' based on his getting feedback from professors about athlete attendance, YET, with all that great power of his, he himself DIDN'T pick up on Sandusky, or did he?
I think Amaechi 'knew' and the coward that he is, he sat on it and deflected his guilt onto Joe. Here's what he said, you judge him just as he judged Joe: "We were involved in this program that was the front to a business, but it’s not real. It’s just like a shell. We were the attractive lure of this entity, unknowingly part of the abuse of young people.” He was more involved and was closer to it than Joe.

Where's a reply from @Nohow now that someone Googled for him what he wouldn't do.

He said Jerry was a predator of kids and everyone including Joe KNEW. He didn't mince words but he was quick to jump to a conclusion that he knew NOTHING about. And he never came back around to apologize for his misstatements I personally never cared for him and he comes off as a phony

amaechi is an a$$hole.

Massive phony. Especially since he almost certainly does not believe the shite he’s peddling. He makes more money as a ‘corporate’ speaker and unwilling Sandusky pawn than if he had to rely on some sort of actual talent.

Gotta love somebody who markets themselves as an executive coach, whatever that means, who has never actually run any business or organization for a sufficient period of time to offer such perspective. John is three things, a very good athlete/basketball player, intelligent (although misguided), and a gay man (who is worthy of some measure of admiration for largely keeping his sexuality out of his professional sports career). However, that doesn’t make him qualified to lecture the rest of us on how we should live our lives.
