Just to give some perspective on shooting slumps, Marcus Paige is 3 for 20 in his last 3 games. I am sure he would make everyone's top 10 point guard list.
I think that since hard core fans of a team watch every game, we see every bad performance as well as the good ones. Casual fans just assume that Marcus Paige and Melo Trimble are always good. Melo Trimble was 1 for 7 with 2 points and 4 turnovers in their loss to Michigan. I am sure Maryland's fans were waiting for him to be a superstar in that game. Not saying that BMac is better than either one of them (I don't think he is), but we should appreciate how well is playing given how our entire offense seems be dependent on him.
