That's because that is how Dr. Gragg wanted it. I believe that means Gragg has offered and Montgomery has accepted and we would not have heard otherwise until that moment. This is an extremely good hire for TU and I am liking the way Dr. Gragg conducts his searches as you hear about candidates and interviewees but never about the one he really wants until he wants you to know.
