You have to pick each coach to do one and only one thing, who does what?

Recruit /
Run practices /
IN-Game coaching /
Opponent scouting & Pre-game & Halftime locker room motivational talks with Team

(YOU MUST USE THE BELOW 4 COACHES, it gets too easy if you can avoid Cal)
Calipari /
Smith /
Pitino /
Hall

I'll go:
Recruit: Calipari
Run practices: Hall
In game coaching: Smith
Scouting & Talks: Pitino
Although I could be convinced to switch Hall and Pitino

I'll take an alternative approach.

Recruit: Pitino (Cal had trouble putting together a "team." Plus, I'm so tired of his recruiting philosophy)
Run Practices: BCG (Dude was a maniac. Pop Tarts for all)
In game coaching: Rupp (because...why not?
Scouting and Talks: Sutton (His "Little Brother" comment remains relevant today.

I didn't explicitly say no Sutton or BCG or Rupp. Was avoiding the 2 who only coached 2 years, and the 1 who 95% of us never saw coach (Rupp). Was trying to make this difficult, meaning you got to put Cal somewhere, and I don't think any of us would put him at In-game coaching!

Recruit: Pope (I like how he targets players to fit team needs; as opposed to Cal's start at the top of the McD's list and work your way down until you've got enough bodies to field a team)
Run practice: Pitino
In-game: Tubby
Scout/motivate: Pitino (hands down best at scouting weaknesses to exploit and coming up w/ a viable game-plan to give the team their best shot at winning)

EDIT: Skipped over the part about one chore only; replace Rick w/ Rupp for running practices. Love reports of the only thing you heard at one of AR's practices was his voice and the squeaking of Chuck Taylors

Rupp - Head coach
Hall - To work with our big men
Sutton - Half court defense
Pitino - Full court pressing defense & game planning
Tubby - Late game decision making
Calipari - Recruiting & recruiting only
