Based on how Lamar Jackson and UL dismantled a good FSU football team and how we lost to Southern Miss, had this game been played in week one, I'm convinced we would've lost by 30+. Playing the game at the end ensured us enough time to develop our players and settle into a rotation and a game plan. All the while, UL settled into their game plan of going all-in on Jackson and the result was a 3 pt win for the Cats on the road against one of the most potent offenses in the last decade.
