Looks like they have a pretty good selection of TV channels for a low price. Has anybody tried it yet? I get more channels than I want or need for more than I want to spend.
...or over the air.
How much money you all "saving" per month by "cutting the cord"? [eyeroll]

There is definitely a transition period. After a couple weeks we got used to it. Now, it doesn't really bother me that much. Plus, I've found I do less channel surfing and often do more productive things in my spare time now.Sometimes the hassle is worth the extra money.
I have fire tv with Kodi, Netflix, Amazon Tv. DI'd a simulation for a week of no cable and realized it sucked. The worst part is not having the ability to just flip on the tv and start changing channels.
I've done the math. If we keep our current internet speeds, then add on Sling, Vue, NetFlix, Hulu, Disney, PBS Kids and buy all the necessary box devices to receive those services, it will end up costing us more.
I'm paying less than all of you with dish.
How are you losers paying that much for cable? I have dish and pay 66 a month and when they tell me it's going up I tell them I am going to direct. Then I get my hbo and basic sports package for free for a year. Then I do the same thing he next year. Have never missed a uk game and I don't have to get on here and brag about being hip and cutting the cord because I'm paying less than all of you with dish.
Since you asked.
According to Time Warner's website I'd be paying $135 a month to get the channels I currently have for $75. If they start jacking up my rates I'll just cancel, that the beauty of the free market that cable streaming has created.
Since when is $66 less then $30-$40?
