No worries. It probably would have went to Dennis Smith anyway.
Luke was 20-5-4 Tatum was 16-9-3. Both 50%+ from the field. I would have voted for Tatum, anybody else wanna call this one?

I was at the game and had all but given up so very excited with the win. Wake Forest student section was crude, rude, and disgusting. Childress should have been ejected no doubt.
Oh and I should add the refs sucked today.
Thank you for the mention of Childress and what CLEARLY should have been an ejection. He wasnt even in on the play! A pure Grayson THROWDOWN, and he should be at least made to apologize to Grayson.
Tim Brando and Mike Gminski merely acknowledged the T on Childress, but gave him no criticism at all for his actions....Brando btw, your game is so worn out, so glad Luke was swishing his hoops straight on and needed no "bank open" or "iron to be kind!"

Gosh u are not kidding. I usually don't complain about the refs but It was deplorable. That's why this win means so much to me. Our guys woke up and despite all the foul trouble and issues they were able to come out and get the W. Coach K might have told them if they lose this game then they are completely banned from Duke altogether
Jay Williams commended Grayson on not going back after him.
Was very proud of Jay for recognizing this! Sporting News tweeted tonite Grayson was in a fight, and thankfully they are getting hammered!!

Tatum should be an option. Without his 5th foul, I don't see Duke winning this game.
I said the same thing to my wife about Jay. I damn near fell out of my chair when I heard it, but was still happy it was acknowledged.
And Sporting News wasn't the only outlet who handled what happened yesterday poorly. It's simply gotten out of control.

And former Duke center Marshall Plumlee is making sure of it.
Plumlee took part in some good-natured ribbing on social media after the game, reminding Kennard and Blue Devils fans that his hot shooting didn't hold a candle to the big man's career 3-point percentage.
Plumlee's post-game comment on Duke's official Instagram page stole the show:

Plumlee's got a point. He sank his only career 3-point attempt against Presbyterian at Cameron Indoor on Nov. 14, 2014.
Against the Deacons, Kennard was perfect after intermission, going 10-for-10 from the floor with 30 points — including the game-winner with 6.6 seconds left— to help the Blue Devils prevail on the road, 84-82.
Duke improved to 16-5 overall and 4-4 in the ACC with the victory, 2.5 games back of first place in the nation's most competitive league. The Blue Devils return to the floor Monday night at Notre Dame for a 7 p.m. EST ESPN tilt with the Irish.
That's my man Marshall. The highest 3 point per cent age shooter in Duke history. OFC

My game ball went to Grayson. I rewatched again, just watching him. He was taunted, shoved, hit and **** talked 100 times. He never retaliated. That's growth to me.
I gave my vote to Luke, but you make a damn good point, Show! Grayson was a man out there. I couldn't be prouder of him.

I'm really getting tired of the Grayson crap. He messed up and is paying the price. Getting tired of the media's crap also. He's even getting blamed for what went on in the Duke bench corner yesterday.I think the media needs to be held accountable for trying to make everyone believe things that aren't there. They are false reporting even though the video proves other wise. OFC
