Poor Dakari, again.

Sheesh. Really ineffective in the low post against any size or physicality. How long will/can he stay a first rounder on draft boards? Might need to gain some of that weight back....

Honestly he needs to be taken out the rotation. We can play 8 guys more effectively.

No. It's got nothing to do with his size. He just keeps making the same move to the baseline and Florida is doubling from there. He's not adjusted to that. He's better off in the shape he is now just needs a go to move away from that baseline spin he's relying on.

I just don't think he will be a great player with him playing below the rim so much. He needs to work on his post moves like Towns. If he had that little hook shot he wouldn't be blocked as much. Plus he seems to wait until he gets to far under the basket and the double team arrives to make his move.

Not a bad little hook shot he just made. He does pretty decent at the FT line when he can get there. He'll be alright.

Not everyone can be like KAT.

Couldn't help but notice Cal singled him out for praise again after the game. Good. He specifically mentioned Dakari's defense - so he's capable of contributing in ways other than low post scoring. I don't think we can just give up on him - we'll need him in the next few weeks....
