Oh, so the investigation didn't end, Bash stepped down. Good grief. Who got that wrong? Wait, lemme guess, WaPo?
Bash stepping down was announced by DOJ on Oct 6th. There has been no official announcement by DOJ that the unmasking case is closed.
Unmasking is likely not illegal. What one does with such information can perhaps be.
