The guy cares. He has a limited ego and limitless passion. This job means as much to him as it would to any of us.

Prove me wrong.

We will lose some games this year as this is a highly competitive conference.

But when it is all said and done he will be our first multi-title winning coach since Rupp.

He’ll either be our greatest of all time or he won’t be.
If we’re only looking at a certain era, that doesn’t fit the criteria of “all time “

Three top ten wins with a roster that was the portal equivalent of the Island of Misfit Toys.

Pope has maximized the talent here.

When he settles in and has time to fully implement his own system, it could get pretty awesome as this thing goes along.

Add a potential permanent 5th year for Pope to retain players, and I'm excited about the future of this program.

Modern greatest of all time just flat out doesn’t make any sense lol

But yes I do love me some Mark pope

Well this is a totally different subject but jmho, once there are major changes to a sport you can no longer really compare generations with any legitimacy.

This goes for athletes and coaches.

Hence the use of modern GOAT.

I get your point though.

Love everything about Pope but let’s see how all this plays out first. He has never won a NCAA Tourney game.
