- Offense in the first half. Looked damn near explosive
- Defense first half 3 picks. Damn near looked like a blanket out there
- Liked the energy in the first half


These are all things to build on. If we would have had even half the half in the second half as we did in the first half we would have won. Defeat is a tough pill to swallow, but I'm still on board.

Whose with me guys? We need strong support moving forward and we can salvage this season .

I will list some:

Harmon, Greenwood (sp), Ross, and others looked the part.
More athletes on this team.
Say what you want about the defense, but 3 INTs does nothing but reflect well on the secondary.
Barker has talent. Does he have IT?
Souther Miss would give Mizzou, Vandy, and SC tough games. 6-6 still doable.

The only positive is that the complaints about parking will be resolved for the New Mexico game.

We almost had another damn near interception that was dropped. Right in the hands. In the right position, just couldn't make a play.

One positive? Well, it only took one game to let me know that the UK football team will once again be embarrassingly horrible this season. I'm going to have a lot of free Saturdays this fall now that I know I don't have to schedule around UK football games. Now I can completely divest from the debacle that is UK football early on and fully invest in the upcoming basketball season. That's a positive, right?

This team will not make a bowl. Plain & simple.
This game tonight was one we had to have to be bowl eligible.
New Mexico State & Austin P are sure wins.

Carolina, Vandy, & Mizzo are toss ups at best so that gives
us 5 wins if we win the above 3.
We won't beat anyone else on the schedule.

I seriously seriously hope this OP isn't serious. You might think you're being a "good fan" by being blindly supportive of Stoops' dumpster fire, but all you're doing is driving this program into the ground by enabling Mitch Barnhart and his HORRENDOUS coaching decisions.

Forgot one positive: #34 on defense. Didn't catch his name but kept seeing his jersey around the ball a lot. Has talent.

Realistically
1. Stoops and Marrow have major upgraded the offensive skilled spots. Juice was electric, Richardson has beaten out a starter in Baker, Boom was explosive a few times, didn't get to see Conrad much but he can ball, etc...
2. The depth on CB is really good. Harmon did some really nice things as a back up DB. Westry and Baity are good players...even though Westry didn't play great yesterday.
3. We have cool facilities now

Other than that...I don't see anything else that is all that different at UK vs. the Joker, Curry, etc.. era. (and we've spent huge bags of money on the program)
