Dude, you can't post like this and then just stop. That's called being a post tease. With a set up like that you have to follow through and tells us what it was about.

THE - I reported a post months ago (first time ever). It is the straw that broke the camel's back in why I am mostly gone from posting anymore. Are you talking about me? I can't imagine you are as it had nothing to do with you or anyone that I even respond to.

And for the two morons, I didn't rat anyone out. Nor did I complain about any of the normal behavior that goes on here. I asked a simple question about somebody that posted something that appeared to me to be against the Rivals policy and received an unsatisfactory answer. In short, I find this place not to be someplace that I want to participate on a regular basis sharing opinions. No big deal and I won't be missed.

Rivals policy? Is that that long thing they want us to read and agree too? Bah.... reading....

I do wish sometimes people would stop going with the personal attacks right out the gates, and instead have real discussions.

Problem is there is software that can track one's social network behavior and something was posted on this site that is a violation to a security/code of conduct agreement I have at work. So, I now need to be more careful than before if I want to stay employed as unfortunately, my behavior is tracked. And they just fired a ton of people for violations recently. Personally, I have a problem with companies that can do that as I don't use company assets and if I post on my own time, that should be personal business. But I don't have a leg to stand on.

They track your social network usage outside of company resources? That is a new one. Sucks.

That's a shame. I can understand some businesses not wanting employees to post certain things on Social Media, but people should still have the right to speak their mind outside company time.

Sure does. I was shocked to see posts from this site and another message board that my manager's manager shared with me on a document produced by big brother. Two months later, about 80 people got axed. Most of it was from Facebook postings and using company assets. There are certain things that trigger the software as I now know so it is best I don't post in threads with these type of controversial stuff and better yet, just stay away for the most part.
