IF we win tomorrow:

Outside of freaking Darrin Horn of all people, Mark Pope will be the only Men's Basketball D1 head coach in Kentucky with a D1 tournament win.

Plona (WKU Coach): 0-0
Mattox (Morehead St Coach): 0-0
Miller (Murray's New Coach): 0-0
Hamilton (EKU Coach): 0-0
Doug Davenport (Bellarmine's New Coach): 0-0
Darrin Horn (NKU): 2-2

Who would've EVER though that Darrin Horn would have the most postseaon success of active coaches in Kentucky.

We HAVE to get Pope on the board tomorrow.

That’s a testimony to how big a gamble Barney hiring him was. He has zero tourney success and he’s in a job where he will have to compile some tourney wins quick.

Basically the same thing. If we don't win tomorrow. That fact will stand.

Sad state of affairs tbh.

Murray used to be damn good. So did WKU. It's time to get basketball revived in this Commonwealth.
