Do you desire prayer.

Can I pray for you.

Why I started this thread: I do not ask to know your private information. All I want to do is offer my prayer(s) for your needs or desires. (I don't have the answers but I know where I can get them.)

If you do not believe in prayer I did not post this to offend you. If you are offended please don't take away anyone else's joy or need with anger and harsh statements. (We all have our crosses to bear in many different ways.)

I also hope the MODS understand and allow something other than the normal to occur...I am not being political or anti-anything... This is a need for others and me.

I find myself being a lot more harsh than I normally am though I do state what needs stating (I do state things wrong sometimes but I try correcting my mistakes.) I am nothing but a sinner saved by grace.

What I will do is spend time praying for you and or your need(s) as they are posted and as long as they remain in the thread I will pray regularly until the Lord takes me home. No need to post why if you don't want strangers to know your business. God knows.

I spend a LOT of time on this site and have neglected my prayer life by not praying as much as I should for others. I have searched for ways to do both. I think I have found it. I will still post in other areas as I do enjoy the inter-connectivity and interaction(s).

I want to spend my time in ways that reflect me and my desires. I have a family that I am very involved with but that cannot be all there is; Let me know if I can do this for any of you. (I'd hope once others on this site see the need they will intercede for any of you as well. Please remember me that I will be a difference-maker in someones life- for the better.

I want nothing out of this other than to make someone else's life more livable and to spread the good news. Please do not take this thread any other way. Thanks in advance for understanding. God Bless you all....

Thank you BBUK. I have a request. I was scheduled for major surgery on April 16th. It was postponed as it is "elective" The pain is severe and I have other complications. I am facing a fusion from my sacrum to T10. I also have a 19 degree curvature in the spine that the surgeon would like to reduce to 2 degrees or less. The surgery will last from 8 to 10 hours once we are allowed to proceed. God bless you.

I began praying for you when I saw this post earlier. I will continue. I hope the pain drastically lessens until you can be healed.

I could use prayers for my family. My fiancee and myself only get ssi, benefits get cut each year. Medical supplies once considered essential have been cut since unfortunately so many who shouldn't qualify for it, do. With that said, I'm worried to death with how rough the social security program is getting used during this time that I won't be getting the necessary items that I really need. It's not like I have a ability to make any extra money at this point due to my disability. Thank you for at least listening, I know God is but my human side is letting fear get to me

I asked God to guide you in your quest for making a difference. I asked God to give you abundant ideas to help and relieve others anxieties. I asked God to make a way for you to use yourself in his work. I also asked God to make real to you what you desire in him along with the confidence to use what he gives you. God bless you TDB...

I'd like you to pray for all who are suffering from a mental illness. The saddest thing I've ever seen was the body of a man who killed himself before Christmas on the side of the road in Lexington in 1979. Depression, isolation, despair, low sense of self worth....all lead to untold suffering. May God Grant them healing and relief.

OP, Amen and Amen.

I pray daily, for an early, warm Spring, and giving thanks for our many shared blessings.

There are those expressing some degree of dispair, here, and elsewhere.

But with God, all things are possible, and many will emerge from the challenges we share with a greater appreciation of the strength of our nation, our health care workers, and all who labor to create a standard of living unimaginable at the height of the Roman or British Empires.

With the continued blessings some have hardly ever noticed, we will survive and we will prosper.

That date touched me. I graduated High School in 79. It has many memories. Not making light of your request as I know and have relatives who had/have these type illnesses.

Not sure why I am bringing it up but John Wayne died in 79. The day I graduated High School. June 11th. (I wasn't the fan then of his Americana persona that I am now.)

Bless you CGMT, I am that way too but I am reminded of Paul who was chief of sinners. (Murder (planned murder) among other heinous crimes...) If God can use him for the mighty works Paul did I too pray for God's grace in and with his redeeming power.

I am thankful. Today is my off day. (Every other Friday) (I work what is called an alternate schedule. I never have worked anything other than a 40 hour or more week but the last several months I tried this and kind of like it.) Been adjusting to the changes. I hope all is well for you.

I have been working from home. (I know many cannot and I am again thankful BUT, I manage a lot of people and see where several's production has fallen off a lot. (It is not due to the virus but in spite of it) I am trying to maintain focus of the situation but I do have to lead our team. I am trying hard to keep them honest in their work. I don't miss much that goes on as I am a matrix and KPI kind of guy. (A time managers time manager.) I don't micro-manage. (Just myself.)

My team knows and, that is the biggest problem. They make too much dough to do some things they are now doing and they know I know it.) Just typing out loud. (Needed to vent) (I can't go more into my environment but I am limited in my ability to reprimand. They know that too. Before this virus situation I had some really good people that never caused any problems and produced. I guess some used this as some additional vacation time. (They already get plenty) The kick I think they forgot about though is their bonus time coming about October.... Lest they forgot, I didn't. It is called; do the right thing.

I know you weren't expecting this but...

This is from my experiences so take this brother may it serve u well:

Doubt is strong. Hard to believe. Everyone doubts. Its HARD. That pain u experience is GOOD. Just very hard to take a step back when u care so much.

So i PRAY for your continued faith AND strength.

Times like these are merely a HARD REMINDER of what time used to be.

So stay on course. Fly right & keep shining BRIGHT. Not easy.

My joy is constant (God has been too good to me in my life for me to lose my joy.) for; "I know who I have believed in and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I committed unto him against that day,"

Some do not know the difference between joy and happiness. I pray they learn. It is the difference between peace and strife in this life.
