I'm 71 years old so I don't know a lot about computers. Thought some of you could help me with a problem. When I am trying to post on Basketball forum the site keeps dropping on me and when I am typing it is very slow. It only happens on that forum. Is there anything that I can do to fix this? Thanks

I bet you're really trying to post on the wrong board. Is Rupp Rafters the board you are trying to post on? Sounds like you may be trying to post on the pay board which you have to be a subscriber to do. There is no difference posting on the basketball board than there is this one so I can't understand why you would be having a problem.

No I am not on the wrong board. I have been posting for years now.

Okay, well my next move would be to try a different browser and see if the problem is still there. If not than you more than likely need to clear your cache and history for the Kentucky rivals site.

You need to type faster. Your slow typing is causing a 'timeout' issue. One way to work around this is to type everything out using MS Word or something similar, then do a copy and paste to the sight. But do this quickly, the rafters is fast paste.

You probably don't have your computer plugged into the dryer outlet. If you're just using a regular 110 then that will cause your problem.

Stand on your roof and hold your laptop up as high as you can, then tell your wife to take a picture of you and post it in here along with a picture of said wife. We will evaluate it and tell you if you're doing it right.

Sounds like a drained power supply problem. Try sticking the computer in the microwave for a couple of minutes. Should charge it right up.

Check google map of your home. If the picture is old then you have stumbled into a time warp and frankly there is nothing we can do to save you. Matter of fact you're probably already dead but time has not caught up with you just yet. Sorry.
