Projected Win Stats

Last week Carmody Court published a chart of projected cumulative Big Ten wins.

NU (now 4-10) was given a 29% chance to win 4 games
....a 8.1 % chance to win 5 games
....and a 1.3% chance to win 6 games

IU, Illinois, Michigan and Iowa


PSU (now 3-12) which has three games left against Iowa, OSU and Minny was given a 96% chance of winning 4, and
....a 77% chance of winning 5.

It will take some doing for PSU to grab one of those game

Looks like some of the 10 geniuses who said we wouldn't win another game until MVSU work for Carmody Court.

Okay in the land of the improbable... If NU wins 7 of the next 8, do we make the tournament ( the loss coming to Wisconsin in the finals)?

Actually, if we win our next four games, we would earn a first day/game pass in the B1G tournament and only have to play eight games.

And yes...no...Unless we pull off a miracle and beat UW or someone else in the finals. So we have a chance!
