The meeting can be livestreamed at this link. Couple of agenda items I noticed that are of interest:
1. The results of the alumni trustee election will be announced early in meeting
2. Seems the trend of transitioning the members of the 2011 Cabal over to the Board of Directors of Penn State Health will continue.
3. The results of the Labor & Industry and At-Large Trustee "elections" will be announced at the end of the meeting.

The full agenda can be viewed at this link.

Predictions on the alumni elected trustees? I'm guessing all incumbents win
My guess as well. That said, vote fracture among the reformist alumni candidates may provide this year's Upward State* slate with an opportunity.

*Or whatever they're calling themselves this year

It should be noted that about 2.6%, or 19,144, of the 726,886 eligible alumni voted in the election. That tells me about 97.4% of Penn State alums don't give a damn or feel that voting is pointless because nothing will change. We'll see if Barry can stir the pot a bit.

Or their ballots somehow got stuck in spam while emails for money continuously poured into their inbox.
