Someone help me with this. It used to be an offensive foul if the player with
the ball extended his off arm and pushed the defender away. I am seeing
more and more of that in all the college basketball games I watch and the
game today is really bad. It seems like every trip down the court their guards
are pushing the UK players away from them. Is that still a foul or are the
refs just ignoring it? If they are then Cal should tell our guys to do it to because
it clearly gives the man with the ball an advantage.
