Did the other assistant coach position (probably WR coach) previously come off the job board? I presume that the other notice had been posted for the required time period and could therefore be removed.
Are you saying that a hiring announcement is pending for the WR coach position. I believe I read where the QC position was the one going to the new strength coach Mark Hill
I don't have any insider info but I've read on several sites that a hire has been made. I'm sure we'll here something before the wknd.
Have you heard a specific name? I know a lot of people are wanting the guy from Miami, I don't have a real preference I trust our new coaches to get their guy, I just don't know who that is. I guess none of us have anything but speculation right now.
I'm thinking Spurrier Jr. A lot of current players and coaches are following him now and just noticed Russ yeast is now following him too, who would possibly be his position coach. Noticed Beard didn't have anyone related to the team recently following. Just a guess.
I think the phrase you're looking for is "we haven't had better."
It's interesting the WR position reposted but only until 1/31. I'm wondering if the first choice said no and the new choice needs to apply?
I would take it that they found their person and he didn't apply before the window closed. Otherwise, why have the posting close so soon especially on a Sunday.
