Holgorsen was attacked by people like you the day he was announced to after he left as you well know. All the fake b.s. spewed upon him and his teams hurt WVU football indefinitely. You had fans calling for his head regardless of record, excusing away his successes, chasing off assistant coaches, demanding WV connections for coaches, had contracts delayed which destroyed decent recruiting classes, fans chasing off players who, yes, do see social media for schools they are considering, etc. etc.
Far more than one day and you know it.

WVU has dropped like a rock in football and idiots like yourself played your hand in it all too happily, now want to say "what? who me?" give me a break.
So, your basic premise is that WVU didn't ascend to the mountaintop of college football because Westside, Allen, and a few others on the Rivals message board allegedly made most of the stud recruits look elsewhere, made assistant coaches leave because of either negative or no praising remarks, and made Dana become so sad and/or angry he just had to leave? All because of the remarks on the Rivals message board?

OK... let's assume that premise is true. Then, wouldn't the results of all that show up for the teams we've had the past couple of years under Brown?
Brown, obviously having nothing to work with regarding both coaches and players, now has a .500 record. Under the circumstances you've described above, that probably makes Brown perhaps the best coach in WVU history wouldn't you say?
Now, if we can get Westside, Allen, and a few others to start praising the coaches, players, and recruits on here, under your way of thinking, the recruiting should pick up and the wins fall into place accordingly!
