Im thinking about heading to Nashville and noticed the Bridgestone Arena only holds about 19,000 people....last time I went to Catlanta for SEC tournament it seemed like there was at least 25,000+ of Cat fans. Does any one that was there in Nashville in 2013 have any input or advice on how hard it was for tickets then? Since it is a smaller venue, I'm assuming tickets were tough to get without paying an arm and a leg.....Any advice or input appreciated.

Thanks.

The best way is to go stand outside of the arena on Weds or Thurs and try to buy from a fan of a losing team. Don't wear UK clothes cause they know you'll pay a ton. I went to the SEC tourney John Wall's year and decided to just pay scalpers for the semis and the finals. The semis was $150.00 for uppers and the finals was $100.

The problem is that the only ticket worth anything is the UK game ticket, and you will be competing against all other UK fans to buy that ticket. I've gone to a bunch of SEC tournaments and always bought the full book, most times from other SEC schools. My friends that have tried to buy tickets from scalpers have always paid more for the UK games than I paid for all games.

The ticket prices on stub hub are funny , some sessions are really cheap , like they are begging people to buy . On Friday the early game where we will fall is like 150 bucks or more but Friday night is like 30 or some big difference like that .

Best advice I can give is when trying to scalp tickets don't wear any UK Gear. Scalpers will try to gouge you. Went to Nashville and had just a navy blue shirt on, let my wife hold all my UK gear and got a book of lowers for face value from people leaving the arena. Hope this helps, good luck and Go Big Blue!!

Has anyone ordered tickets from UK ticket office for sec tournament and still waiting on them? Mine were mailed out last week but they said all the bad weather has caused a delay. I was just wondering if anyone else was still waiting on their tickets. Thanks.

clearcreekcatfan: You should have received your SEC tix SEVERAL DAYS AGO, I
don't buy the ticket office's "bad weather" excuse. They sent the
following email on Tue Feb 24 where they claimed that all SEC tix had
been shipped:

Subject: 2015 SEC Men's Basketball Tournament - Tickets Mailed
Date: Tue, 24 Feb 2015 10:04:45 -0600

2015 SEC Men's Basketball Tournament
March 11-15
Bridgestone Arena - Nashville, TN

As of today all tickets for the SEC Men's Basketball Tournament have been mailed so please keep an eye on your mailbox!

Please keep in mind as we are financially committed to our ticket block, we are unable to refund any SEC orders.

As always, we appreciate your support and hope you are as excited as we are about the remainder of the season. We look forward to seeing you in Nashville!

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call the K Fund office at (859)257-6300 or the UK Ticket Office at (859)257-1818.

As it turns out their claim that all tix were mailed by Tue Feb 24 was an outright lie, mine were not postmarked until Fri Feb 27 and I didn't receive them until Mon Mar 2 (I live in Louisville).

Bottom line is this: you should have received your SEC tix several days ago, if you haven't received them by now chances are that they are missing in action, if I were in your shoes I'd be on the phone to the UK Ticket Office first thing tomorrow morning demanding replacement tickets. Good luck!
