So 2 part question .. Any ideas why me TV at work in my office has a rather noticeable crisper pic than my TV at home ? my Home TV is a Sharp 65 inch 4K HDR unit , about 5 years old , maybe 6 ? The unit at work is a 46 or so .. lower quality like a Vizio I think .. but the difference is quite large .

And with my TV here at home , unless I go with a OLED unit will I get a better pic just because I buy a new tV ? Is is possible the Wifi is way stronger at work as compared to my home ?

You must have cheaped out on HDMI cables. If you are using anything less than these you may as well be watching reruns of the Dumont network on a 13" Sanyo

Easy fix. Just move into your office and work out of your home...

Are you using any sort of streaming device, or just the built in TV apps?

The work TV is probably playing content at 4K and your home TV is kicking it down to 1080p because of slower internet speed or some setting. You need to figure out how to see a diagnostic of what resolution is being played on both. My Vizio’s show a little resolution note when the start up, sometimes, but I check it after the fact.

It could be the lighting the the room is partially washing out the picture. You might try changing that if you haven't already.
