Am I following this correctly? Has the real "Yes, you can make a wager on this line" betting line for PSU - Indiana moved from 12,5 ish points to 16.5 ish?

If so, isn't that a HUGE swing (especially moving from significantly under 2 TDs to significantly over 2 TDs?) Did the line-setters just "miss" that one - or some reason to cause the sentiment to shift during the week?

The move has been more like going from 13.5 to 15 (Pinnacle currently has it at 15 slightly juiced towards us).
