- Currently the B1G rates as the 2nd toughest conference with +18.50 NetRtg (referring to how a team would have to perform to go .500 in conference play), that trails slightly behind the SEC +19.54. The XII takes the bronze with +17.34.

- The much maligned ACC has bounced back. Last season, 5th toughest at +9.16; this season 4th and +15.58.
