Randy Couture suffered 1st and 2nd degree burns, trauma, smoke inhalation when he was involved in a race car accident on July 8th. He was hospitalized but later released to heal at home in the last week. He was practicing for his NHRA debut later this year when the crash happened. He is expected to make a full recovery. He is 62 years old and after wrestling for Oklahoma State two seasons he was an All-Americanin the 89-90 season. He went on to martial arts fame in the UFC holding several heavyweight and light heavy weight titles and was also an actor on TV and in the movies.
