Is reaction time a thing again? I have a bad feeling Ryan opened up a big ole can of worms the rest the year. There going to be lots of reviews if this is precedent now.

There wasnt reaction time in caliendo's match vs lockett.
Officials need to figure it out and be consistent
That’s the problem with rules that are undefined and thus open to each different official’s interpretation.
This has been the issue all along. They cant seem to get the refs on the same page

What an absolute ******* joke of a call. And thats the 2nd time this year an Iowa wrestler has lost and had the match taken away because of the refs. Terrible review and BS stall call to end it. Its truly pathetic
Sometimes announcers will have something to say, but most of the time, they just provide a rationale for the official’s decision. There’s little to no accountability for officials. Bad call, bad call, on to the next match
When we only shoot once a match we need every call to go our way. Sometimes they don't
Gabe was hosed. That was three and the stall call was garbage too.
Was great when they took out reaction time but now it's back with a vengeance. Refs can and do decide matches with subjective calls. I do see why Brands doesn't throw bricks much, Hawks rarely get favorable calls.
I'm getting to the point I wish they would get rid of reviews in ALL sports. Half the time they still get it wrong. Waste of time and momentum.
Need independent reviews. Having these refs review their own calls absolutely isn't/doesn't work. They would rather get it wrong than admit they were wrong the first time.
Michael Caliendo showed up and wrestled aggressively got the takedown and Locket stalled and the refs didn’t call him for stalling. Smart match. Kennedy did a good job as well. If Gabe ever wants to win he’s going to have to get some takedowns! This was never the kind of wrestling Tom and Terry would settle for.
A lot less questionable calls without reaction time than with it. It needs to go back.
