Now if they can just expand the playoff to 8 teams and we can put to bed expansion and realignment forever and stay at 10 teams in the Big12, which is the perfect conference configuration.
Gordon Gee pointing out the instability from two years ago says a lot.... ....since two years ago everybody from the conference was advertising that everything was completely fine.
It's almost like it takes time to really know what's what.... ....but I'm sure realignment really is 'on hold' for now.

I like the 10 member round robin schedule. I only favor expansion if the two teams being offered are from another P5 conference. I dislike the idea of a CCG with only a 10 member conference. What is needed first, IMO is a Conference network. But what i like and want does not have any impact on what the Big XII does or does not do.

The BIG 12 meetings where conference members will meet and decide if they want to expand are still scheduled for the end of May and in June of this year. Nothing indicates any of that has changed at all.
