Easy to make that prediction when it almost certainly won't come to fruition that we meet them, just sayin'.
Watched last years FF again just last night. They are pretty much the same team while we have improved sooo much. I was getting a little sucked into the fear mongering until rewatching the game, now I'm not overly worried about them. Still have a heathy respect for them and feel its unfair to both teams if they're in the same bracket, but very confident we can handle them.

As long as we have no injury, like we have in the past or no outrageous whistle (like sometimes in the past. UAB for one) . Injury has cost us at least #9 and 10#

Sure, Wisky plowed through the B1G... but with Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Minnesota, Indiana and Purdue all being down (compared to recent seasons) that wasn't all that impressive. And didn't Duke wax 'em at their place? Did they play/beat anyone else OOC?

I won't guarantee a UK victory, but UK negated Kaminsky last year because of our length, strength and athleticism. He only got 7 looks from the field and made 4 and only grabbed 5 rebounds. He might be a better player this year, but he will now have to face Willie (out last year's game) and KAT (not on the team last year) and Daraki and Lee again. There is every reason to believe that this year's UK team will be a far more difficult match up for Kaminsky and the rest of the Wisconsin team.
I agree with him. It is a bad match up for UK. They have the outside game to pull our bigs away from the basket. Thus allowing them to drive with little resistance from our bigs.
Cal has already adjusted to that once. Stop with the nonsense. That's the thing about this team, a strategy can work for a half but UK is too versatile to beat with one tactic. Doesn't mean we can't lose, but it does mean that we will be favored, and rightfully so, in every game. There is no bad matchup for UK, unless UConn appears.

So maybe there was more than one interview because in the one I heard (on XM 91) he didn't say that at all. He gave them props, said they crushed Ohio State and would give UK a game if they met in the Final Four (hosts said EE was more likely) but no way did he suggest what the OP said. I can't speak to his Creaniness but it wasn't on display to my ears.
