Seems since our msu spanking that our net recruiting is -1 player.

Are the recruits being tipped off? Has the collateral damage of JON turned into friendly fire?

Fans wanna know

As it turned out, Catmantrue was right about JON and my assessment of TPOF has come back to haunt us.

Turk, we could all use some cheering up. Is there any chance you could release your top 22 player rankings?

The All Turk Awards have been postponed indefinitely as it wouldnt be fair to give out grades. Like grading a pee wee team against a High School team.

Top 22 would be incomplete since it would contain a few cheerleaders who might be better.

One thing that is troubling is our walkon program. We used to have walkons that made an impact. Do we have 1?

Actually net zero. We lost Octavian Smith, but we picked up Bennett Meredith. Or did we lose another?

In the new free agency of college football, we'll lose some to the portal, so we need to be able to get recruits from the portal who are at least as good. That's going to be the new secret to success.

Recruits, especially those with competitive drive, want to know that they have a chance to play early. With today's technology kids know who's playing, the number of games they are playing, number of reps, etc.

If a receiver sees that your highest rated receiver in history has played in a three games with only three targets, he's likely to look elsewhere. The lack of playtime for our young players this year does not bode well for recruiting. The "next 40" won't attract many kids with pro aspirations and talent.

Kids want to play for a credible coach.
Whether its our wr coach who played RB or JON. As far as our wr coach, he was laid off but a personal friend of mccall. He was excited to coach rbs but mccall told him he would coach wr because no wr coach in his right mind would coach in a fitz offense.

Playing for Fitz and at Northwestern are much bigger factors than position coaches. It takes a special young man to play at NU.

well then there must not be many special young men since he basically is down to his C list now. He is back to desperately plucking players who were committed to marshall and ivy leagues offers. But I told all of you guys this would happen but you didn't listen.
C'mon Rebel, we had two of our best recruits, both defensive for us, bail on us. You can't tell me that those two players were not influenced by the madness of JON without losing credibility.

Geez. And we had to watch that poor lil kitten getting pounced on by the bigger cat every time we saw your comment. Brutality!

You wanna see brutality? You should see Ernie the 24-Toed Tabby battle it out with Teddy, The Tripod Chihuahua. Or Teddy battling Pattycake, the Terrible Tortie.

It's a very brutal world here. I could make a fortune posting this violence on Youtube. And as I type that last sentence another brutal fight breaks out behind me.

Are you keeping score and perhaps even(ing) it out?

Don't have to. They usually fight to a draw because they're best buddies. They even trade places when wrestling just like a real wrestling match. Ernie and Teddy have been play-fighting ever since Ernie was a 4-week old rescued kitten. Pattycake used to knock Teddy on his half-butt when he became an obnoxious puppy but she'd run over to him and rub against him to soothe any hurt feelings. Tripod Teddy was 'raised' by and now reveres Pattycake while Ernie was raised by Teddy, his mentor and fight buddy.

Teddy greets the cats when they come in by grabbing them by the head or throat with his jaws, sometimes dragging them across the rug. I've seen Ernie squeal with happiness when he'd see Teddy hop out of my car. The best moment was watching Teddy hop through the living room with Ernie riding bareback during a skirmish.

Every interaction between Teddy and the cats is fun to watch but that bronco ride would have been Youtube gold. Teddy could even compete with "Tuna" the chihuahua for Youtube superstardom.

You should video it. It sounds super cool.
I have an iguana following. I started feeding them so now dozens run up to me real fast when they hear my back door open up. They have a real taste for bananas but it got expensive so i buy a bag of apples for $3. I have to make sure i feed them all otherwise the bigger ones run off smaller ones.
Last week, my mother came over and had to go out the back door to check out the water meter. When the door creeked with that sound, iguanas flew down from the trees and ran to her. She panic and jumped inside and screamed at me not to feed those things. Lol.
They get too close though. They try to climb on me but i brush them off. At first the 4 footers but then the smaller ones get fed.

FOUR FEET!?!? Holy crap, you sure they're not gila monsters? That's good stuff, Turk. And Glades, why did you take down the mayhem Cat Attack?? I loved that. Bring it back, please, Sir.

By the way, Turk, rumor has it you're angry at Coral and FloridAlum for past non football issues, and are plotting to lure them to your casa to feed to your iguanas. Inflation - apples are getting expensive.

Is this true? Say it isn't so. Fans wanna know.

“Turk and the Iguanas” has a ring to it. You should start a band.

I named the smart iguana Ben. Lol
Thats an idea but how could anyone ever be angry with those 2 even though coral's lopsided view of the cats recruiting is delusional?
Although a conversation that all of our recruits are needles in haystack allstars would be entertaining.
I did however get an interesting theology coaching from FloridAlum after a good breakfast too long ago. Of course that conversation happened after his repeated question "are you wicker park?" I guess certain fans wanna know.
Nowadays, Floridalum is a bit concerned about covid nowadays so he has been less social.
Not sure where wickerpark is. I really liked that guy.
