Recruiting vastly better

Some of you already probably have checked this out, but from 2002 to 2012 only one time did UK have a recruiting class in the Rivals top 40 (2006 - we were #36 that year). We had classes as low as #94 (2002) #67 (2005) and the rest mostly in the 50s and 60s. Now for 4 straight years we have been inside the top 40, our worst being last year (#36, which was the BEST we had had in the previous 10 years). We have been inside the top 30 3 of the past 4 years, and 2017 already looks hopeful. This should be translating into better football, more depth, and more wins. This year we should see significant improvement. We have the talent. Now let's see if the coaches can do something with it.

CATS now need improved sideline coaching and decision making! Think new staff hires will prove to be a positive step!

Yeah, recruiting has not been the issue since Stoops arrived. It has been very good by UK standards. The problem has been the inability to beat bad to below average teams when a bowl game is on the line.
