I think the outcome of a bowl game vs Tenn doesn't have much of an impact on recruiting one way or the other. Players either buy into Riley and the vision or they don't.

Do players want early play time in a program that has not won anything of significance since the turn of the century? Yeah - early play time, but who are they going to be surrounded by and playing next to? They witnessed that over 80% of this team needs an overhaul. No way Riley bring in that many studs.
