We just landed Nick Castellanos. 4 yr/64 mil. Led MLB last year with 58 doubles. Contract does have opt out options each of next two years but who knows what the future holds.

We've also snagged Wade Miley, Mike Moustakas, and Shogo Akiyama. I feel like we have one more move in the tank. Either way...weve made significant upgrades. Hoping Votto can find his bat and get us some singles this year...just need consistent hits dont need his power bat anymore.

This year looks like its going to be adman fun ride in Cincy.

I hope this new lineup helps Votto relax and do what he does best, draw walks, and get hits that advance runners. As long as he gets away from trying to hit while holding the barrel of the bat he might be able to do that.

It will be interesting to see how Mgr. David Bell handles the outfield depth that he now has at his disposal. Very excited about all of the signings this off season. Should be a potent lineup with Suarez and Votto having many opp's for RBI's. Watching Akiyama should be fun. Starting rotation should be best in Central Div and possibly NL. Need a rock solid year from the bull pen to be major players in the Central. Caslellanos is a doubles machine. He and Moustakas hitting at GABP for 81 games, should be a treat to watch.
