Look at the vast majority of Northwestern athletes that have transferred over the last few years without a degree and all share a common element!
For one reason or another they were not fully invested in the relationships described above!
If you don’t want athletes to transfer, make sure they are invested in Northwestern University itself! Not just the sport they participate in.
