Looking at this team and the losses, it's going to be one of those years we look back on and wonder "what if"

Giving the freshman injuries coming in, Graysons issues, Amile and Grayson getting hobbled and Coach K missing time, I look back and think it could have been way worse. Most games these guys fought hard and didn't give up, although that NC State game should not have happened. It seems things are just now coming together. Let's hope they can make a deep run in the big dance.

I don't see this Duke team playing four games back to back in the ACC tourney.
The best case scenario, imo since many say K looks to March. Sit Grayson for the ACC tourney let him get close to a hundred percent.
It's been a season of ups and downs. This Duke team can beat any body and lose to anybody.

Seeing them all lined up like that really puts into perspective how close most were. In a lot of ways it was a very frustrating year, with unprecedented amounts of injuries and really no continuity to speak of. I'm sure no one has been anywhere close to as frustrated as the staff and team. Ultimately though, it is still a team with 8 losses and couldn't finish in the top 4 of the league to get a double bye. That makes for two tough roads in the upcoming tournaments.

Hands down the most frustrating regular season since 2007. It was just one injury after another and then K went down.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Bolden play 10-12 mins on Wed, K will have to spread mins. Honestly, if we lose on Thurs it won't kill me b/c a week of rest and full squad practice might be what the doctor ordered.

I hate losing. You might be correct though- might be the best thing for this team to lose early and just put all of our remaining eggs to see if a little luck finally goes our way this year.

I really don't see how with the number of bodies we use, this team can win 4 in 4. I'd like it if anyone who is injured didn't play. Give some guys some rest and get healthy for next week. I know this won't happen and probably unrealistic but I just think this team has the talent now if we could just get healthy!

It's 90% likely we finish with 10 losses. We lost 11 last season. 11 in 2007. Before that it was the infamous 95 and 96 seasons. This will be only the 5th time with double digit losses since K's first few seasons and the worst two season run in 21 years. Normally this would be no big deal in the grand scheme of things, considering it's the most injured Duke team ever and the ACC was stacked, but darn if we weren't preseason number one. Considering how far we are from expectations, I commend Duke fans for handling it pretty well. Can you imagine THR if they were in our shoes? This season has been hard on Krzyzewski. I appreciate his hard work with this group and look forward to a few more years of his leadership. Hopefully we close out this year leaving it all on the floor, injuries included. This is Duke. We are college basketball. We'll fight through this the way we always do.

My feelings are always hurt when Duke looses. I think we need at least two wins in the ACC tourney just to restore some confidence. 4 wins would do our team, fan base, and me wonders!

Can you imagine what 4 wins would do! We'd be going into the tourney as a sneaky fav I think. If we manage to potentially beat Lville, UNC, UVA or FSU my gosh I get chills thinking about it! Haha

Yep, it always sucks when we loose, but when the holes loose that's a different story! I loosed last year's office poll and that sucked too.
