There is way too many fire Pope types. I hated losing to Carolina too but I wanna see us with only one injured player in later games and see how we look. Pope has to play players and bench certain players for this to work. Aberdeen needs to be told if his shot isn't falling past the ball. If we are playing a big game no johnson and no garrison. Also Chandler needs to shoot the ball and Jelavic needs to work on defense. Its simple ****.

I’m not a fire Pope in the middle of the season kind of guy but if it don’t get better I wouldn’t be mad if he was gone after the season. I support Pope because he’s our coach.
I must say there are more things I dislike about him than like. Thats if we are talking basketball.
How many of Cals teams lost 3-4 games before January only to jell into a really good team by March, or Pitino or Denny Crum or even Izzo ( not this year). The season is NOT OVER. We played poorly in November, now we see if the coach can make adjustments and the team responds to them. I thought Pope did a good job last year. I will reserve judgement on season 2 till it is OVER.
Honestly, Gillespie actually won SEC Coach of the year his first year at Kentucky. Went 12-4 in SEC play.
His second year he went 22-14.
