Man what a game.

Shows what happens when you play good and have talent You get a few breaks and BAM, can knock off anyone.



We havnt caught a break like some in that game during crucial situations since. If they would have called delay of game against florida, that would have been huge.

I lost my voice at that game. I took a co worker that was a life long UK fan to that game and it was his first football game. Also brought a WVU fan that wanted to see the #1 team in the country play. He left there as a UK fan.

Can't help but think we've got a nice upset in us this year!
Tennessee? Alabama? Who knows... Watch out

Sad part was the team seemed to go into play not to lose mode after that game..

It was my greatest live sports spectator experience in 47 years on this rock... the program's proudest moment since my childhood. I loved the fact that we ended the game defending a short yardage rushing attempt. More of that, please!

We got too many question marks this year to be considered a good team going in. Who the qb is going to be for starters, who will step up at WR, our leading returning WR had about 350 receiving yards, its looking like our 2 starting OG from last year are going to be our 2 starting OT in 16. On the other side, we are now replacing all 4 of our LB, leading returning tackler and one starting ILB left school last week because he was passed on the depth chart, looks like we are starting 2 true soph and a true frosh on the DL, We have a lot of questions heading into the season. Chubb seemed to answer the question in the scrimmage about him, he looks the same as pre injury, so the only questioned we have answered so far this fall camp is who will be our starting RB. Beating us may not be a big deal this year, 17 will be a different story, we will be returning about 18 starters.

As good as that 07 team was and even as much fun as it was to watch I still get mad at the way the SEC screwed us that year.The next game after LSU many will remember we played Fla. Who BTW was coming off a bye week and we where clearly banged up from the previous week. As a matter of fact I believe we played 3 of our SEC games against teams coming off a buy. We played Fla to a 10 point game without 2 starting defensive linemen and 2 offensive linemen along with a starting receiver and Tamme wasn't 100%. I still believe if everything had been even and had a week to heal up a bit. We also would of taken down the Gators that year? Just saying.
