Who is the poster here that runs a dealership? If he sees this, I have a question. I am looking at a Toro 50 inch with 23 hp Kaw, Ariens 52, 23 hp Kaw. Which would be the better choice? My yard is not big and really only need a 42 inch cut, BUT, for $100 more I can get the 52 inch deck and 23hp Kaw.

Just went to Scag's website. Have propane and diesel engines...wow. Also noticed a lot of Briggs. With Briggs going out, wonder how that will affect service, etc for a lot of these small engine items of any manufacturer.

I'm starting to think about a new mower. Ground is level...but I have a lot to mow. Yard for the house is large, maybe 1 1/2 acres (or more). Then two fields on either side that are just as big (or bigger..each). Have a 52" Husquavarna garden tractor now. It's been a good one, but noticed the other day that I've got about 460 hours on it so I'm thinking getting close to a change. Know nothing about Scag but looks solid. But not sure about zero turn. Got one when they first came out and didn't like it much. Don't think I kept it long enough though to get used to it.
