Few weeks ago, the Gators came to town and escaped after stealing a victory on our home court.

Tonight, we get a chance to return the favor!

I think the Cocks will exact some revenge tonight and possibly cover the 23.5 point spread. Hopefully, they fight a little harder and we can only lose by 20. Florida is the hottest team in the country right now.
I would advise you to NOT put any of your hard earned money on that.

we’re lurking in the brush….stalking some
Gator. We’re wounded but no anima is more dangerous than a wounded chicken.

We came a LOOOOOOOOOOONG way from our last game against them.

I try not to throw around the term "good loss" very often, but this was one.

Lamont's a ball coach. Period.

I will agree he is a ball coach, just not a good one, as I think he is a D3 coach and has the charisma of a stump. If he is retained, then this university truly has given up on men's basketball period. While I respect your opinion and generally enjoy reading your perspective, I am just ready for USC to move onward and upward with a new basketball coach, this is pitiful.

Another MBB prediction thread that did not age well

3 weeks ago we lost at home to the same team by 47 points. Last night we played them to a tough 14-point loss on their home court.

Yes, very sure. A prediction of a win and revenge was given, not a tough loss.
Not all victories end with a "W" on the record

p.s. it's also a shame you are not aware of the heavy, dripping sarcasm of my basketball posts. My thoughts on this team have been quite clear.

Have no fear, @18IsTheMan … your sarcasm has been obvious and funny.

I have gotten quite a few laughs from it.

But given him some posters act, I can see how it can easily be mistaken for legitimate cheerleading. :)

That’s what makes it funny. . . @18IsTheMan is definitely not in the cheerleading camp (when he’s not joking).

Well, I'm glad it's not lost on everyone!

It's been a dismal season. The best I can make out of it is to have some fun at the expense of those posters who condescendingly lectured us early on about how good this team, and Paris, really were.

Those posters who have been conspicuously silent the past 7 weeks.

Anybody who doesn't see this game as a big moral victory and a clear sign that Paris is turning things around isn't paying attention.

Paris just needs more time. The prudent move after this season is to give Paris a raise and extension to signal to recruits and transfer portal players that South Carolina is committed to Paris' long term success. We are close, really close. I 1,000,000,000% guarantee a tournament run next year.

Anyone who says we should fire Paris clearly hasn't watched much basketball. I have watched a lot, and I mean a lot, of college basketball highlights on WYFF and read about a ton of basketball games in the Greenville News and I can see that Paris is turning this ship around. Some of you are just uninformed.

Uh oh, @18IsTheMan . . . someone besides @Piscis is throwing down the gauntlet! Your title, The Sultan of Sarcasm, is under attack!
