Had the same thought. How in the hell are they going back and reviewing that?

I was thinking the same thing. I had no idea the refs could review the clock striking 0:00 before the ball is hiked. Makes me even more angry about the Florida game.

Could be ok to review game clock but not play clock? Not saying it makes any sense but it could be the rule.

Because there was no way in hell the SEC refs were going to let Kentucky beat Florida in the Swamp.

After that game I said the solution would be to have a horn that goes off at 0 on the play clock or game clock. The refs can then just watch the quarterback and center exchange. A simple fix, but evidently they don't care. The time it takes to watch the center and then look up at the clock will waste a tenth or two of a second.

Just think how that could have changed the trajectory of the Stoops tenure.

Just think how the careers of Miles and Malzahn will be affected by that call!

the refs keep the time on the field. The clock you see on the scoreboard and on tv is meaningless. The ultimate cop out

It also looked like the LSU QB was across the LOS before releasing the ball. Shouldn't have counted anyway....

I'm pretty sure that's not correct. Otherwise why are they constantly telling the score keeper to put time back on the clock. They only keep the time on the field if the score board is malfunctioning.
