Rich Brooks record in year 3 of his tenure here was 3-8. One could argue that the team he inherited when he got here was roughly equal to what stoops inherited. I think our roster at the end of the joker era pretty much equaled the probation team. It took a while but the corner turned in year four when we went 8-5. I really hope this team has some sort of similar epiphany. I remember everybody calling for rich Brooks head after that 3-8 season as well. And I believe a slow start in his fourth season fueled the flames even further. Then the team had that epiphany after getting throttled by LSU and finished out pretty strong.
Stoops isn't going anywhere, not for a couple more years at least, but staff changes are going to have to be made. And I think stoops needs to ask his older brother to give him a clinic in game management when they are all home for Christmas.
