If we fired Dana, would WVP, LMD, JD, and LFM go plague some other board for awhile?

It would almost be worth it, except we'd probably need to fire the head coach every year to keep them happy.

No - they would start dumping on the new coach on day one and want to bring back Dana. You can't change a tiger's (troll's) stripes.
