Agree. Best friend & UK grad died of it in 2001. Just awful.

Most don't know this, but ALS happens just about as much as MS - 1/1000 people. Difference is not near as many ALS victims around since they mostly die in 2-3 years whereas MS folks can live 30+ years. My sister passed of MS after ~25 years.
