This guy was a ballad singer. I miss those people: This pop music stuff we are forced to listen to SUCKS.
First concert I saw when I got to Morehead State back in 1970 was Kenny Rogers and the First Edition. Really excited this ol holler boy. RIP Kenny.
Considering his later success, it’s hard to believe everyone once considered him the coward of the country. RIP, big guy.
