Saw that too on her . Yes they lead very unhealthy lifestyles and pay the price for it always .
Trendy now to use a drug to treat type 2 or adult onset diabetes to lose weight . It diminishes your appetite, and leads to weight loss . Seems to be very good for that use . “Off label” for weight loss IIRC. Interesting read….
