Damn. Bummed to hear this. He was the heart and soul of AC/DC and wrote most of their best songs. I know Angus gets all the attention, but Malcolm was a real talent for supposedly a rhythm guitarist. R.I.P.
Besides James Herfield he is my favorite rhytm guitarist of all time. RIP, kind of knew they weren’t going to hit the road again since Bryan Johnson was done due to ear damage, but this seals it. Man Tom Petty and AC/DC have been mainstays on the soundtrack of my life, we are losing some greats.

Seriously, that's a rough way to go. After they released that he had dementia, one of the NPR shows interviewed other members. They said that on Malcolm's last tour, they had to bring along a backup guitarist. On show days, the backup had to teach Malcolm his own songs, and then stand off stage during the show in case he forgot them again.
